Ep036: How to make a career pivot

A constant refrain I hear in my coaching practice is "I think I've outgrown my current job, it doesn't challenge me or interest me anymore, but I don't know how to I change careers" So this week I'm offering my insight in what to do when if you find yourself in a similar position.

Invariably however, it can often be more than just your job and you may feel at point in life where you're stuck,!  you find yourself unsure or even detached from the passion and purpose that you once felt. It can happen all of a sudden or chip away, bit by bit, so slowly over time that we don’t even notice it. But we wake up one day, finding ourselves just floating through life...going through the motions but CRAVING SOMETHING MORE.
