Real Talk.......The Three C's of Success - Clarity, Courage & Confidence

This week in celebration of International Women's Day, I'm sharing the recent presentation I made about women's empowerment at the first Women's Empowerment Brunch held in Antigua & Barbuda.

In it I talk about what confidence meant to me especially as I was overcoming adversity in my life and how by adopting a confident attitude I rose to become a successful CEO in a male dominated industry. Also my belief that confidence is the bedrock of a woman's success and give a little insight into what actions I believe we take to overcome feelings of self doubt, low self esteem and confidence.
