Life is too short not to take risks - Tiffany Gray

Tiffany Gray is the CEO and co-founder of TIFFANI & LU, which she started with her husband, Luigi.

Born and raised in Jamaica, Tiffany always had in interest in entrepreneurship and creativity. While pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management, Tiffany had her first taste of entrepreneurship when she launched a makeup artistry and fashion designing business, which she continued to focus on after graduation.

She entered the corporate world in 2014, which  afforded her with the opportunity to work in the Cayman Islands, where she met her husband, Luigi.

The two got married and later moved to Luigi’s home town in Italy in the Summer of 2021, where the vision of Tiffani & Lu - designing and manufacturing Italian Leather handbags came to life.

How to stay motivated during your career change

Is it hard to start over mid-career? Is it terrifying? Is it frustrating?

Yes, it's all that and more, but trust me you can reinvent your career (and life) past 40 (or even older!!)

Once I left my corporate career and started to reinvent my life I realized that the sky was the limit. I could do or be anything in the world that I wanted to. The skill is keeping motivated until you've decided what that "anything" is, even when you feel at your lowest

Bet on yourself and reignite your passion - Yahneake Sterling Russell

Yahneake Sterling Russell was born and raised in Jamaica and moved to Sweden in 2015 to join her family.  She is an experienced Communications  Professional with over 10 years experience in the fields of journalism and PR. 

Since moving to Sweden, Yahneake has utilized her experience in a number of roles most recently expanding into digital marketing and digital content strategy. 

Yahneake also has a personal blog on Instagram where she explores the world of beauty and skincare. 

Holding a MA in  Communication for Development  from  Malmö  University, Sweden and a BA in Mass Communication from Northern  Caribbean University, Jamaica, Yahneake is also a certified English as a foreign language and Business English teacher.

Learning to let go - Tanya Dickson

Tanya Marie Dickson, is a sexy mom of a rambunctious 5-year-old, a Life Design Coach to Moms, and a (soon to be) Birth Educator & Doula who is all about living holistically.

She transitioned from the corporate world to entrepreneurship after  experiencing severe burnouts which nearly cost her her sanity and her unborn child. 

Knowing she had to make a change with how she integrated work and life as a high-achieving Mom. She proceeded to design her life so that she could fearlessly live out her vision of success and happiness.

How through her business "Moms On their own terms" she works with corporate Moms to decrease the effects of limiting beliefs and help them to find their power and courage, so they can take back control of their lives and live it with ease and on their terms
